Helen is a textile artist and designer, creating unique greetings cards, gifts, and homewares inspired by British wildlife and nature.
With a First-Class Honours degree in Fashion Marketing from the University of Northumbria, she spent 12 years in the fashion and textile industry, working in London and New York before taking a break in 2012 to focus on her growing family.

Wanting a flexible, creative career, Helen launched lellibelle in 2018, named after a childhood nickname. She and her family love exploring the Cambridgeshire countryside, where she captures nature through photography, inspiring her intricate appliqué and freehand machine embroidery designs. Final details—such as delicate whiskers and the sparkle in an animal’s eye—are embroidered by hand before being scanned and printed onto greetings cards and homewares.

Sustainability is at the heart of lellibelle. All cards and envelopes are made from recycled materials, packaging is biodegradable, and printing is done in Cambridgeshire. Mats, tote bags, and tea towels are manufactured in the UK, supporting small businesses.

Helen’s work is available on Etsy and Folksy.
